In my opinion this place is a hidden gem that offers free car park to their customers and a really relaxed and enjoyable evening out, suitable to a variety of social events like birthday parties or just a romantic night out. The restaurant provides live music every Friday and Saturday night which adds to the ambiance to this stylish and competitively priced Italian themed restaurant. I would defiantly recommend this restaurant if you want a great meal competitively priced as well as a truly stylish enjoyable night out.

I would give ZERO star if I can! I’m a loyalty customer to Genting for the past years but this time the experience I had is outrageous! I forgot to bring my membership card with me so borrowed my boyfriend. When I was in reception the lady scanned my card and said it’s not yours then CUT MY BOYFRIEND’S CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This is appaling! I was appalled! Then I asked why she didn’t ask me at least explain it to me what is the regulation because I still can use my DOB and full name to get in anyway. Instead of apologizing, she rolled eyes to me and said I don’t need to explain to you, I can get another card if you need.
Also we had a club room on the 22nd floor this gave us access to free drinks ???? absolutely any drink and delicious food and deserts well worth paying the extra the club room is lovely overlooking the city.
Aircon in the room would not change temperature or fan speed so it was 21 degrees all night and extremely noisy.
I would encourage the hotel to take steps to address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to interact with guests. hopefully the hotel can improve the guest experience and prevent this from happening to others

Had a lovely stay here. Close to railway station and venues check in was fast and easy. I was recognised as an Platinum Elite member and got an upgrade as well. Room was great, clean and comfy with all amenities included. Breakfast was also good with many choices. Will stay here again.

This was the venue for my organisation's annual conference. It was easy to get to from the city centre. It's a nice looking building and spacious. The toilets were clean and l had a lovely time in this place.
Like an idiot, I booked for the wrong day. When I realised, I called them and asked if there's any chance to change this to the day before. They said no, so I booked another hotel. And then they changed the reservation anyway, so I ended up paying for two hotels. But that did not matter as soon as I checked in. It's in a beautiful and QUIET area of Birmingham (Friday night) - I didn't think those two things existed there, the room, which was more like an apartment, was breathtaking.
Awesome big casino at the Birmingham airport! You can feel great atmosphere inside. Interiors and everything really looks like Vegas casinos. Large card room open 4pm-6am. You can play practically everything there. Part of the casino is stylish sports bar and restaurant. Worth a visit!
Fried eggs were solid and had been sitting there for some time by the look of it. Everything on the buffet was tepid- nowhere near hot enough. We only got offered fresh eggs and sour dough avocado when we had finished trying to eat the awful buffet.
